This flat-bottomed wok is made of high-performance carbon steel with an eco-friendly PFOA non-stick coating.

Care and Use:
- Before first use, wash in warm, soapy water and thoroughly dry.

- Use plastic, rubber, silicone or wooden utensils only.

- Keep dry when not in use.

- Do not clean in dishwasher

- To condition, rub interior of wok with cooking oil and heat pan on low- to medium heat for 2 minutes. Let cool then wash in warm, soapy water.
