ATMOVAC Preserve smooth vacuum bags are made for any chamber vacuum sealer and for usein commercial foodservice / production operations. Constructed of a nine-layer coextruded film with a minimum of 20% nylon, they are ideal for storing, extending shelf life, portion control, sous-vide cooking, rapid freezing and rethermalizing. Preserve series incorporates a unique technologyin how the product is layered and blown; givesthe film added strength, puncture resistanceand higher clarity, providing greater oxygenbarrier while using 13% less plastic than aregular 3mil vacuum bag.*Available for Sale in CANADA ONLY*
